Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote services, attract new clients and increase the company presence.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and case studies.
Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and content marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the Client Facing teams to follow up on leads generation and nurturing strategies.
Plan and execute events, webinars, and conferences to promote our services, expertise and engage with current and potential clients.
Analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies, graphic designers, and copywriters.
Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the consultancy remains competitive.
Minimum Requirements:
Eight or more years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or a consultancy environment.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
