MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER/EAST LONDON - This role will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of all marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels and markets, and ensure seamless collaboration between different marketing functions as well as drive efficient execution of marketing plans. Office based in East London, with regular travel to various markets (Passport essential) MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONSDegree in Marketing, Business or related field5+ years of experience in marketing project managementValid Code 08 Drivers licenseStrong understanding of various marketing functions and channelsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong leadership and team collaboration abilitiesProficiency in project management tools and methodologiesProven track record in managing complex, multi-channel marketing projectsExperience in coordinating projects across different markets or regionsFamiliarity with agile project management methodologies KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and manage the execution of marketing campaigns across all channelsDevelop and maintain project timelines, resources, and budgetsFacilitate communication and alignment between all marketing teams and stakeholdersMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure marketing projects align with overall marketing strategy and business goalsDevelop and maintain project management processes and best practicesConstant coordination with all marketing functions (Brand, Channel, Digital, Creative)Regular reporting to Marketing Executive on project status and resultsEngagement with external agencies and vendors as neededAnalyse project workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvementsDevelop solutions to resolve conflicts and bottlenecks in project executionEvaluate resource allocation and optimize for efficiencyPrioritize marketing projects based on strategic importance and resource availabilityMake decisions on project timelines and resource allocationPrioritize marketing projects based on strategic importance and resource availabilityMake decisions on project timelines and resource allocationRecommend process improvements to enhance marketing project efficiencyIdentify and implement new project management tools and methodologiesDevelop innovative approaches to improve cross-functional collaborationPropose new ways to measure and report on marketing project successSalary: +- R30 -R35K (based on previous work experience) Application Process: E-mail CV, qualifications and recent head & shoulder photo
