Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking To implement measures for pro-active identification, execution, and measurement of a consistent approach to client experience through adoption of minimum standards, frameworks, and rules across CHNW SA fraud value chain whilst continuing to transition to a platform business.
Identify and manage the resolution of friction points to improve the overall client experience as it relates to fraud risk management of CHNW SA.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree Field of Study: Banking Experience Required Client Coverage: Personal and Private Banking 5-7 years Experience in managing a complex service environment.
Experience in all facets of the banking service environment and its associated products, processes, and systems with experience in fraud risk management across banking products and platforms.
Experience and knowledge of dealing with client relevant legislation and how it is implemented in a banking environment.
