Manager Engineering, Governance, Risk and Control Job Overview Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30 To provide professional assurance, insights and recommendations on the veracity of technology risk management and adherence to minimum technology standards for Engineering, South Africa.
To implement a sustainable technology risk assurance capability by executing, co-ordinating, monitoring and reporting on a risk-based combined assurance plan for technology and or related risks.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Commerce/Legal/Risk Management Experience Required Risk & Corporate Affairs 3-4 years proven experience in audit, assurance and risk management.
Experience in identifying, mitigating and tracking risks and country specific regulatory requirements, and findings recommendations reporting and assurance governance reporting.
Experience in assessing and giving opinion on veracity of risk assessments and adherence to technology standards.
3-4 years.The role requires an individual with a good understanding of the regulatory environment as well as the basic principles and objectives of the Bank and the associated risks with specific focus on non-finacial risk, Basel II, Regulatory requirements, e.g.
money laundering control (FICA, Code of Banking Practice, FAIS, etc.).
