Position Overview:
The Manager, Digital Marketing, is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing the company's sales and promotional campaigns across all service providers, including YouTube, audio streaming, social media, and telecom platforms. He/She works in coordination with the operations and marketing team to maximize distribution revenues and promote our content creatively.
Job Role & Responsibilities:

DSP Promotions: Responsible for preparing and submitting the marketing pitches to all DSPs ahead of music releases, with the objective of getting playlisting, banners, and other tools to maximize visibility. Strong knowledge of available playlists and campaigns and relationships with relevant platforms is necessary.
Marketing: Responsible for planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, social media, telco, and display advertising campaigns. Consistently perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences to ensure new and innovative marketing strategies. Specific objectives to be set for each campaign and reports on ROI.
Channel Management: Manage and optimize content on all artist YouTube channels to ensure maximum traffic on videos and ensure the channels look professional and up-to-date. Also responsible for managing the company's YouTube and social media channels and implementing promotional strategies to ensure audience growth and engagement.
Performance Tracking: Track and apprise the team on all analysis associated with the releases, to ensure that the performance of the release is in line with the expectations as per the business case.
Revenue Enhancement: Propose any corrective measures or innovative ideas to the marketing and operations team to bridge any performance gaps and induce growth.
Audience Targeting Strategy: Develop an audience targeting strategy by campaign; knowledge of Lookalike audiences, retargeting, and how to experiment and constantly iterate to find the right audiences by interests and demographics is essential.

Qualifications and Skills:

Relevant degree or certification and equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive audience growth and online growth.
Deep knowledge of YouTube optimization.
Relevant knowledge of and relationships with audio-streaming platforms.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to operate with energy and flexibility in fast-paced environments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R15000,00 - R30000,00 per month
