Engages with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at executive and senior management levels to advise on corporate digital governance.Develops a systematic process of monitoring and evaluating the Digital and Programme initiatives to ensure they meet predefined quality standards.Determines operational procedures and formulates policy in respect of all matters falling within the functional area of the Department and within his/her delegated authority.Provides assistance in the preparation of capital and operating estimates and controls expenditure against the approved budget allocations.Ensures that all general management functions (such as providing input into Digital Corporate Governance policies and procedures, developing, monitoring, and reporting on project budgets, resourcing and asset management, contract management, and championing of initiatives) are effectively executed.
