We look forward to your application!About the Role:As the Manager – DevSecOps Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in enabling the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable telecom services. By leveraging cutting-edge automation tools and practices, you will streamline and accelerate software development, infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes. Collaboration with squad members to integrate development and operations, ensure scalability, and prioritize security will be your key focus areas.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions for automating infrastructure management.Establishment and management of robust CI/CD pipelines for frequent, automated software releases.Implement monitoring and alerting systems for real-time performance insights.Utilize containerization, orchestration, and load balancing to ensure system scalability and reliability.Collaborate with security teams to maintain compliance standards and implement best practices.Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Communication.
