Divisional Manager - Cleaning Solutions - GautengWe are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Divisional Manager to take the lead in managing multiple contract cleaning sites within the Cape provinces.Duties & ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:Client and customer relationsLeading cleaning staffCompany image and growthBudget and financesFollowing company standards and regulationsQuality controlCash management and profitabilityHuman resourcesOperational standardsInnovationStaff uniformsApproving monthly reportsDeveloping cleaning managersUpholding company valuesBiometric system operationStock controlOperational excellenceSuccession planning, branding, contract retention, and labor optimizationSkills and CompetenciesProven leadership and relationship building with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience managing and motivating teams in a dynamic environment.A keen eye for detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.Strong client service focus and a commitment to exceeding expectations.Experience in the food service industry a plus!Proficiency in financial management, performance analysis, and HR processes.Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.Ability to perform well in a demanding environment.Understanding and adhering to company policies, regulations and quality standards.Computer proficiency in MS Office.Knowledge of legislation relevant to the cleaning industry.QualificationsMinimum Matric / Grade 12.Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience.Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.Minimum of 5 years management experience in a similar role.Monthly Salary: Market related
