MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
South African citizen OR valid permit for employment in South Africa
Relevant qualification in Hospitality
OPERA & MS Office confident
At least THREE years relevant experience in a similar role in a 4/5-star environment
Reservations and guest relations confidence
F&B experience
Experience in dealing with discerning guests from all corners of the globe
Professional command of English / European language bonus
Cruse ship experience - bonus
