Your key  job  responsibilities as the  German speaking Experience Associate  in  Cape Town, South Africa : Communicate with guests via email and phone Assist guests with online check-in and check-out procedures Provide information about our facilities, services, and local attractions in Dutch Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs Monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to enhance their experience Collaborate with team members to uphold our high standards of service excellence Contribute to a positive and productive team environment Requirements Requirements for this  German speaking Experience Associate job  in  Cape Town, South Africa : Proficiency in spoken and written   German , ensuring effective communication with   German   speaking guests Strong customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest needs Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Familiarity with reservation and property management systems is a plus A positive attitude and a strong sense of professionalism If you meet the above requirements for this  German speaking Experience Associate job  in  Cape Town, South Africa , we would like to hear from you!
