Job Responsibilities: Manage resources in order to maximize turnover and minimize shortage.Ensure that standards, processes, and policies are adhered to.Conduct regular quality checks on merchandise.Execute plans and guide 100%.Handle product as per SOP.Ensure products are produced according to recipe specifications.Ensure department is ready for trade by store opening time.Identify fast selling lines within store, and implications on margin and sales opportunities.Ensure product is wrapped and packed according to standards.Ensure sufficient product is available for customer demand.Minimum Requirements: MatricPreferably NQF 3 Bakery qualification1 year experience as a Baker/Bakery Supervisor/ManagerCompetencies: Are you a natural leader who thrives on getting people to work together to deliver results? Being a Bakery Manager requires a solid mix of management leadership skills combined with a drive to deliver the best for your customers. Bakery managers will obtain an in-depth understanding of all aspects of store operations and will develop a broad range of skills in a short period of time.
