You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that products meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations while driving innovation and efficiency in engineering processes.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Product Development: Lead and manage the technical aspects of automotive product development from concept to production, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Engineering Management: Supervise a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to drive performance and achieve project objectives.Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO/TS 16949), regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
