Duties & Responsibilities:Her Responsibilities:Coordinate guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.Create a welcoming environment and ensure high guest satisfaction.Address guest concerns and handle special requests and arrangements.Supervise and manage villa staff, including creating schedules and monitoring performance.Oversee financial transactions and ensure accurate financial records.Conduct site inspections and host agents.Manage administrative duties, including financial data and inventory.Oversee ongoing projects, ensuring smooth execution.His Responsibilities:Host guests and ensure their needs are met.Maintain and upkeep gardens and property.Perform maintenance tasks as required.Oversee and manage various projects, ensuring timely completion.Handle administrative tasks related to property management.Desired Experience & Qualifications:For Both:Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent.Ability to work as a team, demonstrating leadership and a proactive approach.A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.Her:Minimum of 3 years in hospitality, preferably in 4 or 5-star establishments.Strong leadership and team management skills.Experience in villa operations, including front desk, kitchen, and housekeeping.Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with Evivo Booking platform is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience in financial management, marketing, and social media.Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure.Him:Valid Drivers License.Experience in villa maintenance and property upkeep.Ability to operate independently and handle various tasks.
