Our client is looking for a skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician to join their dedicated team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all facilities and amenities are kept in excellent condition, contributing to the overall guest experience. If you have a broad skill set in maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and gardening, this opportunity is perfect for you.Key Responsibilities:Electrical and Plumbing:Perform routine electrical and plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and plumbing issues efficiently.General Maintenance:Conduct plastering and painting work as needed to maintain the lodge's aesthetic appeal.Operate and maintain basic maintenance equipment safely and effectively.Address various maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.Gardening and Water Plants:Maintain gardens and water plants, ensuring they are healthy and well-kept.Perform regular landscaping tasks to enhance the lodge's outdoor environment.General Duties:Be a reliable all-rounder capable of handling diverse maintenance tasks.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with established standards.Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate maintenance activities.Minimum Requirements:Proficiency in electrical and plumbing skills.Ability to plaster and paint.Experience with basic maintenance equipment.Versatile skill set for handling a variety of maintenance tasks.Knowledge of gardening and water plant care.Valid driver's license.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Salary:R6400.00 per monthExperience: Between 1 - 3 Years
