Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a passion for ensuring operational efficiency and excellence?
This dynamic role involves leading a team and providing critical administrative support to the Aftermarket department.
If you're a strong leader with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, this position is a perfect fit for you.Key Responsibilities include:Managing and supervising administrative tasks within the Aftermarket department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Overseeing Work in Progress (WIP), monitoring job closures, and ensuring all tasks are completed within set time frames.Acting as the primary point of contact for debtors and ensuring timely resolutions of queries.Ensuring accurate processing of creditor payments and managing the reconciliation of outstanding invoices.Monitoring and improving labour recovery rates, tracking technician performance, and ensuring data accuracy.Managing warranty claims and ensuring timely submission and recovery.Providing leadership and support to the team, ensuring professional service delivery and high customer satisfaction.Preparing detailed reports for management and stakeholders, including service schedules, KPA reports, and financial summaries.Collaborating with other departments to drive efficiency and achieve company goals.Key Qualifications and Skills:5+ years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within the material handling or related industry.A tertiary qualification or demonstrated success in a similar position.Proficiency in the Kerridge system and advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and provide clear, structured feedback.Analytical abilities to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and propose actionable solutions.A valid Code 8 driver's licence.If you are organized, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
