This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Operative to join Your Housing Group's Repairs and Maintenance Division in the Damp & Mould Team, Fix 360 and provide a high-quality repairs service to our customers.

If you would like to play a part in this talented and committed team, then it's a great time to come and get involved as the team is growing and evolving, and we currently have an additional requirement for two Maintenance Operatives to join our newly formed Damp & Mould team.
What will my working week look like? You will live within your regional area of work and will ideally also be within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington to attend meetings and training courses when needed.
What will I be responsible for doing? You will be responsible for providing a quality repairs service to our customers, travelling to designated properties, undertaking, and completing all aspects of plastering repair work. As a member of our reactive maintenance and repairs team, you will carry out roofing work on maintenance, major and minor construction works, for both void and tenanted properties owned by Your Housing Group. You will be confident and capable, ensuring all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity, and safety.
