Maintenance Managers GCC Mining/Minerals/Metals ~ ManufacturingKwa Zulu Natal - South AfricaYou will be responsible for overseeing and directing the maintenance operations within a complex industrial plant, ensuring that all maintenance activities align with the strategic goals of the organisation.Responsibilities:Implement and manage reliability, preventative, and recovery maintenance processes per the Asset Reliability Program.Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining the long-term sustainability of plant assets.Manage the maintenance budget and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and environmental standards.Participate in business planning and budgeting processes.Conduct high-level negotiations with customers and suppliers.Develop and mentor direct reports and high-potential employees.Qualifications:BEng in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NQF 8/10).Government Certificate of Competence.At least 6 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.Proven track record in managing the maintenance of complex plant systems.Skills:Strategic thinker.Highly motivated and results-driven.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Apply for this Job
