Maintenance Operations:Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance fleet and teams responsible for the upkeep of Solar PV and BESS installations.Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs.Coordinate and manage emergency response to equipment failures and other issues that impact system performance.Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices in all maintenance activities.Expand maintenance to 3rd party operations to extend revenue streams.2. Team Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.Manage team schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations.3. Quality Assurance:Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.Conduct regular audits and inspections of maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Address and resolve any issues related to the quality of maintenance work or system performance.Develop and maintain documentation and records related to maintenance activities and system performance.4. Resource Management:Manage the procurement, inventory, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts required for maintenance operations.Ensure the maintenance fleet is well-maintained, safe, and equipped for efficient operations.Develop and manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenditures and optimizing resource utilization.5.
