Qualified and Experienced Hotel Maintenance Manager required for Luxury 5 star Boutique Hotel
Job scope:
• General Maintenance and repairs to all buildings.
• Upkeep and repairs of all public areas.
• General maintenance on electrical, plumbing, appliances, tools and equipment.
• Plan, propose, manage all projects as and when required including collaboration on projects with outside contractors.
• Ensure quality control of all maintenance and projects.
• Prepare, submit annual and ad hoc budgets for operations and projects.
• Negotiate favourable wholesale prices with suppliers.
• Ensure effective staff management within the guidelines of the company policies and legislative requirements.
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Weekly and Monthly reports required.
• Control and manage stock levels and reports.
Requirements & Attributes
Matric Grade 12
Candidate must have strong Leadership, Administration, Project Management and General Building Maintenance skills within the hospitality industry with experience of at least
5 to 10 years
.
Microsoft Office, especially with Good Excel Skills.
Project Management experience is essential.
Valid RSA ID is required.
Valid Driver's License is required
Clear Criminal Record
Clear ITC Credit Record
Hands-on individual, Attention to Detail, Reliability and adaptability is NB.
