KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Sign/approve invoices for the repair and maintenance and breakdowns of fleetPlanning of servicing of the fleetAll vehicles licence managementControlling of vehicle trip sheets and parts gate passSpot checks according to quote versus actual back from service providersCheck/manage tyres with service providerReceive new vehicles and manage all fitmentWeekly tyre scrap managementManage all service providers on siteManage and assist with OHS where applicableHousekeeping of workshopsArrange outside service providers if needed for repairs on vehiclesArrange/approve all accident repairsAssist with accidents on the roadCapture services (brakes, A services, and COF services and licences of the trailers on mix)Managing all maintenance costsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Grade 12A relevant tertiary qualification/studying towards the same will be an advantageA successful track record in a similar position at management level is essential, including financial/expense management and the budget processTechnical knowledge about the industry will be an advantageThorough working knowledge of disciplinary/grievance handling procedures, as well as good interpersonal skills at management and staff levelTeam leadership and management skills are essentialA good level of general computer literacy is essential
