Maintenance Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 5 years maintenance experience Mechanical or Electrical qualification is advantageous Computer proficiency MS Office / Pastel Technical knowledge of steelwork, irrigation systems, electronics, mechanization and automation are beneficial.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Prioritizing and completing maintenance projects.
Management of preventive maintenance processes.
Issuing and monitoring worksheets.
Effective management and utilization of employees.
Effective management of maintenance on vehicles and implements.
Monitoring of equipment and inventory Monitoring of logs and fuel consumption Handle all maintenance related administration.
Drafting and annual review of standard procedures.
Drafting and annual review of maintenance team's statements of duties.
Management of maintenance budget Implement disciplinary standard.
