Our Client is looking for a Maintenance Manager to Join their team.Area/Location: HoedspruitQualifications & RequirementsValid RSA Driver's License and PDPGrade 12Trade Tested ElectricianExperienceMinimum 3 years' experience in a Big 5 reserve and 5-star lodge environmentExperience with air conditionersElectrical knowledgeReferences will be contactedMust have an eye for detailResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintenance in and around the campMaintenance in and around the staff quartersIncluding but not limited to Electrical, Plumbing, and BuildingMeticulous in starting and completing projectsAssist around the camp in other departments as requiredAble to work independently without supervisionDriver when requiredAttributesMature and responsibleWell-spoken, well-groomed and presentableStrong leadership capabilitiesPositive attitude and approach toward teamworkHands-on approach to the guest experienceAbility to take initiative and problem solveExcellent guest interaction skillsPassionate and pro-active towards personal growth and trainingSober Habits, NO DRUGSDesired SkillsMaintenance ManagerPlant Maintenance ManagerTechnical Services Manager
