Maintenance Manager, Emalahleni

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for a permanent role based in Emalahleni (Witbank), Mpumalanga Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Graduated and certified mechanical / electrical engineer (mechanical preferred)5+ years in plant E, M & I equipment maintenance5 years' experience as a GESGCC certificate (Government ticket) beneficialExperience in CMMSUnderstanding of FLCComputer literateAble to coach and mentorExcellent communication skillsThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Ensure implementation, application & adherence to maintenance information systemManage the maintenance process and enforce compliance to SOP'sDevelop / maintenance of reportsCo-ordinate with all suppliers in terms of spares, equipment & materialsEnsure that preventative maintenance and spares systems are developed, implemented and maintainedAdvise on breakdowns & corrective maintenanceConduct root cause analyses, audits & compile action plansEffective administrationGuide/assist compilation of internal and external maintenance reports & attend client meetings where requiredFacilitate cross-pollination and learningsImplementation, control and management of SLA'sControl and update of critical controlsEnsure continuous improvement processAdhere / control MOC principlesIdentify maintenance related training needsAdherence to all statutory requirements and the control / management thereof Salary: Market related
