Senior Stock Controller

Candidate Requirements:Must have knowledge of and experience in all kitchen admin, stock control, transfers, ordering & product sourcingAble to manage the admin and distribution of 3 kitchensBe able to assist procurement where necessary when stocktaker are doneBe able to successfully conduct quality checks in all kitchens to ensure a set standard of food served, and training to be done where necessaryEnsure all outlets have set & cost recipes (in place already)Be able to implement and create SOPs for the kitchenCommunicate with the head chefs and assist in the daily planning of operationsBe able to confidently conduct kitchen hygiene checks and training where neededStock checks on delivery, stock rotation checks and training done where neededKnowledgable about sourcing products locally to support locally Must be able to assist in running service when needed when head chefs are on rotationLive-in position.
