Maintenance Manager - Agriculture (Ritchie, Northern Cape)

Qualifications & Skills - Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. GCC accreditation is advantageous. - Experience: Minimum 5 years in a factory or mill maintenance environment, preferably in FMCG. - Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, knowledge of OHS Act, and familiarity with Pragma or similar plant maintenance software. - Leadership: Capable of managing a diverse team and effectively communicating maintenance plans.
