Technical Tasks, Competencies & Experience:Plan, prioritise, organise, lead, control and adjust team effortsSet & maintain high workmanship standards & hold team accountable to achievingMaximise equipment reliability & availability & rapidly return equipment back into serviceSugar industry experience within the power generation section will be advantageous.In depth knowledge & experience in reliability, preventive & predictive maintenance.Maintenance and operating knowledge of boiler equipment will be advantageous.Maintenance and operating knowledge of turbine will be advantageous.Strong leadership skills and quality workmanship are essential.Computer literate and conversant with planned maintenance systems.
