Job Description: Repair and maintain press machinery to ensure customer and company quality standards are met.Do preventative maintenance a per maintenance schedule and according to job cards and relevant work instruction.Compile feedback on time sheets to ensure accurate repair data and forward to the Team LeaderEnsure that company procedures, work instructions and quality systems are always adhered toParticipate actively in the departmental mini business as per company requirementEnsure that work practices comply with the company SHEQ procedures and work instructions.Job Requirements: Grade 12NQF level : N5 Qualified fitter/Fitter & Turner/ MillwrightMinimum of 3 years experience as Fitter / Millwright within an Automotive environmentHydraulic and mechanical press experienceKnowledge and Skills required:Technical TechniquesPress machinery repair and maintenanceManufacturing processesBasic understanding of quality systemsCommunicationProblem solving
