Maintenance Engineer - Mining

Hire Resolve's client, a leading mining company in the North-West region, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance operations of the mining site. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of all equipment and machinery.Responsibilities:Plan and schedule maintenance activities for equipment and machineryPerform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential issuesCoordinate and supervise maintenance technicians and contractorsTroubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and guidelinesMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairsImplement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliabilityRequirements:Grade 12Degree/National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering5 years' experience in the mining industry3 years' experience in Chrome/PGMValid driver's licenseBenefits:Salary: R900 000p/a - R1,050,000Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
