Maintenance Engineer

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficient operation of our clients' equipment and machinery. You will work closely with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance strategies, conduct regular inspections, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performanceConduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issuesTroubleshoot and resolve equipment and machinery breakdowns in a timely mannerCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop improvement initiatives and implement best practicesMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationFollow all safety and quality standardsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance EngineerStrong knowledge of equipment and maintenance practicesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience with preventive maintenance programsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team and independentlyAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsBenefits:Salary: negotiable
