Job Description:Technical support primarily DF products, but scope of work will also include support on the entire basket of products available.Development of Auto Cad drawings & designCompletion of reportsAssist in the undertaking of technical projects & Beta Sites as and when neededAssist with Assembly.Automation irrigation dosing unitsControllers in cabinets with protection devicesRadio unitsTesting software + hardware (beta sites)Wiring of cabinets and panelsTroubleshootController hardwareController softwareTelephonic support to dealers and end usersOn-Site support to dealers and end users – South Africa & SADC CountriesTraining on DF ProductsTraining of dealers and end users on correct usage of automation equipmentFilter BankWhere required assist with the servicing of filter banks and back flush controllersDrip InstallationsAssist with onsite Drip installation in either South Africa of associated SADC countries.Provide training on products related to filters, drip, valves - specific to the installation type and or environment where such equipment is used.Qualifications:National Diploma/BTech/Degree in Engineering/Electrical/Electronic/MechatronicsDrivers Licence3-5 years' relevant experienceELV electrical systemsVSD / PLCComputer hardware systemsHydraulics / Flow DynamicsKnowledge of AutoCAD and Inventor drawingsBe able to work alone and make accurate decisionsBe innovativeStrong problem-solving skillsAttention to detailHow to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV to ******.If you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
