The successful applicant will report to the Assistant Winemaker. Key performance areas would include: General cellar activitiesPrepare, start and operate equipment in cellarClean machinery and equipmentEnsure effective production safety and housekeepingCellar administrative dutiesWork shifts and at times extended hours when requiredActive participant in TPM activities/duties Qualification, Skills and experience: Minimum Grade 12 qualificationRelevant working experience within cellar environmentProven, written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of safe working proceduresKnowledge of machines and apparatusKnowledge of quality and cellar administrative systemsBe customer focusedBe a good team playerEnergetic and enjoy a fast-paced working environmentMust be willing and able to work shifts and overtime when requiredHave reliable transport to and from workBe able to work on heights The Company's approved Employment Equity Plan and Targets will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
