Your duties will include but not limited to:Mentor Junior QS Staff.Foresight of project risk and proactive mitigation thereof.Tender administration.Contract Bill of Quantities.Contract administration.Site Measurement.Interim Payment Certificates.Agreeing and negotiating Final Accounts.Engineering EstimatesCost ReportingScope of Projects: Medical and Tertiary/University facilities with some Commercial and Industrial projects.QualificationsB-Tech/BSc Quantity Surveying (minimum) however, a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying is preferable.Candidate MUST be registered with The SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (non-negotiable).2 Years' post registration experience (preferred).SkillsWinQSDimensionXBenefitsTo be discussed with employer.
