Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION You will have completed an Electrical trade test, as well as a valid Wiremans License, coupled with 8-10 years experience in process plant maintenance and fault finding on processing machinery/equipment, automation software, instrumentation and redesigning/upgrading of equipment.You will have experience in MS Projects and AutoCAD and be able to redesign systems if required.Experience in rolling out new automation and industrial software is highly advantageousYou will be flexible to travel across South Africa, as well as across borders when required to manage maintenance projects or resolve complex electrical problemsYou will have good planning and organisational planning skills, be able to generate technical reports and provide mentorship to junior technicians, often remotely.You must have a valid drivers licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record Please note that should you not be currently resident in the region and area advertised but still wish to apply, the cost of travel for interviews and relocation will be for your expense.
