Long Term Insurance Adviser

As a Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in guiding groups through structured discussions, workshops, and training sessions. Your primary responsibility will be to create an environment that encourages participation, fosters collaboration, and enables participants to reach their goals. You will work with diverse groups, from corporate teams to community organizations, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each group.
Key Responsibilities:

Session Planning: Design and develop engaging workshop and session plans that align with the goals and objectives of the group.
Facilitation: Lead and moderate group discussions, workshops, training sessions, and meetings, ensuring active participation and productive outcomes.
Participant Engagement: Create an inclusive and supportive environment where all participants feel valued and heard.
Content Delivery: Present information clearly and effectively, using various facilitation techniques and tools to enhance learning and collaboration.
Feedback and Assessment: Gather feedback from participants, assess the effectiveness of sessions, and continuously improve facilitation techniques.
Tailored Solutions: Adapt facilitation methods to suit the specific needs of different groups, industries, or topics.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, participants, and stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Facilitator, Trainer, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of group dynamics and facilitation techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage diverse groups and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
Familiarity with digital facilitation tools (if applicable) is a plus.
Relevant certification in facilitation, training, or a related field is preferred.
