Matric + Well spoken- Preferably 2 Official Languages- License 2 years and older- 2 Years Driving Experience- Volvo and Scania are Advantageous- No Criminal Record- Neat and well groomed (PPE must be clean and worn at all times)- Valid driver's licence (Code 14 and PRDP )• *AdhocFunctions**:- Directing drivers while reversing ensuring it is safe to do so- Communicating with zone controllers via cell phone- Ensuring cleanliness of vehicle both internally and externally- Ensuring all tools and equipment used are kept clean and stored as required.- Reporting any losses, damages and discrepancies with regard to cargo, equipment and paperwork- Greeting and interacting with clients in a polite and pleasant manner• *Additional requirements**:- Willingness to work overtime- Own transport advantageous as transport will only be provided when legislatively required and in some instances be charged to employee- Computer skill advantageous- Own cell phone in working condition- Approx.
2 to 5 years previous freight experience advantageous- Willingness to take a pre-employment polygraph test- Must have at least 2 contactable references
