Logistics Operations Controller

They offer a diverse culture with great opportunities for growth and development.  This is a one year contract. As the Logistics Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring shipments (local, imports and exports) as well as warehouse activities. Your responsibilities will include:Managing deliveries (local, import and export).Attending to daily queries.Customer support.EDI monitoring.LSP management.GR management.EDI monitoring.POD management.KPI management.Creating quotations. Requirements:Matric and a logistics qualificationAt least 3 years experience in freight forwarding, air and sea freightKnowledge of warehouse, inbound and outbound procedures would be an advantage.Able and willing to monitor shipments after hours Our client is an equal opportunity employer. Our client is an equal opportunity employer
