Logistics ManagerWe are currently looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManaging Clients, suppliers, and driversManaging Intercity transport operationsQuoting Clients on Intercity transport and deliveriesAcquiring new customers for warehousing, local distribution, and Intercity transportAchieving budgetary objectivesMaintaining high quality customer serviceAfterhours offloading/loading of vehicles as requiredEnsuring efficiency in warehousing, local distribution, and Intercity transportDeveloping and maintaining relationships with third party service providers and clientsManaging vehicles, services, licensing, etc.Managing inventory, stock counts, rotation, orders, FIFO, and checking correct products are loadedAdministrative functions (including but not limited to capturing manifests, trip-sheets, and other admin related activities)Any other activity related to logistics management as requiredDesired Experience & QualificationMust have a minimum of matric, a diploma or degree beneficiary.Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role within the industryPackage & RemunerationMarket Related
