Daily management of all inventories in conjunction with our warehouse Forecasting of product required for specific periods. Placing of orders, ensuring correct pricing, accurate quantities ordered and received. Costings of potential products/ranges Coordinate with suppliers and shipping agents for timely shipment of orders. Receiving and processing of orders upon arrival. Stock counts - running stock counts quarterly. Working with the sales team for monthly specials Working with Sales and online retail clients Managing and maintaining online retail product listings with various online retailers Management of order forms Responding to and dealing with any inventory queries Management of online ordering website by managing product listings, product visibility, pricing and imagery. Also responsible for setting discounts and promotions. Sourcing of local suppliers as required. Creation and management of purchase orders, Receiving of stock and inventory related invoices. Management and submission of faulty products quarterly Provide support to Operations and General Manager as well as admin and Sales team as required.
