Position: Supply Chain Co-Ordinator InventorySalary Breakdown:CTC R15 000-00pmKPIs:Accountabilities- Working in alignment with Factory to ensure sufficient stock availability to fulfil all pending orders - Working in alignment with 3-PL partner to ensure that all orders are being delivered - Co-ordinating with suppliers and Factory to ensure flawless flow of raw materials - Provision snippet of daily sales progress - Providing stock analysis for the business, including stock-on-hand reporting and stock ageing reports - Ensuring all operations are concluded ahead of time for month-end - Conducting monthly stock take and reconciliation with accounting system - Performing supplier and customer reconciliations - Assistance with annual reconciliations regarding operations and financials - Assistance to provide and manage costs relating to warehousing and logisticsPlanning- Inventory counts cycle and full planning and execution. - Compliance to all best practice and supporting and executing all end-to-end processes related to Inbound outbound and storage.Analysis and Reporting- Daily Inbound and Outbound Reporting - Monthly Stock Counts and Cycle Counts Reporting - Stock Ageing Reporting - Daily SOH Reporting - GAP Analysis on sales out to customers and effectively raising any supply chain challenges to management - Monthly Stock Take reporting: physical vs accounting system - Supply Review - Monthly warehouse and logistics provisionsCompliance- Ensuring that FIFO is applied and followed in warehouse - Drive all inventory reconciliation of monthly and ensure filing is made on time with limited risk to being imposed. - Assistance to provide any information pertaining to internal and external audits when they arise.Financial and Administration- Assists to provide all supplier, customer and inter-company reconciliations pertaining to all elements of stock - Provide monthly costing for warehouse and logisticsInterpersonal Skills:?
