Experience & Knowledge Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in coordinating or logistic role.
Knowledge of fresh fruit produce Background in Operations and/ or Finance will be beneficial.
Computer literate.
Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English.
Job Description Ensure continued communication with staging clients.
Handle all client queries and special requests regarding inventory, quality and waste.
Keep clients updated in any aspect the company delivers.
Knowledge of client products and specifications.
Reconcile physical stock take with the inventory system on a daily basis.
Manage stock rotation.
Maintain a detailed and accurate stock report for clients Ensure continued communication with Operations and Production Manager.
Manage waste and ensure the report is sent to clients daily.
Draw orders from relevant retailers to monitor volumes Ensure all reworks, transport, handling and cooling are submitted and invoiced accordingly.
Complete daily traceability sheets/production sheets and record keeping thereof.
Communicate with QC Manager to ensure the product is within the minimum requirements before sending.
Administration and filing of all relevant documentation.
Characteristics Able to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on and practical.
Self-disciplined.
