The chosen candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from origin to destination. They will play a key role in coordinating various aspects of the supply chain and ensuring timely deliveries for our valued customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for two individuals to join us for a 3-to-6-month assignment, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.Logistic related qualification1 year must have a Logistics qualification5 years and more, it is optionalWorking hours 8 to 5 (might be needed on an occasional basis to work weekends)Closely monitor supply chains and shipments, ensuring goods move efficiently from origin to destination. This involves tracking shipments, identifying potential delays, and keeping stakeholders informedLiaise with clients to understand their needs, answer questions about their orders, and ensure timely deliveriesThey must ensure client orders are shipped and delivered according to agreed-upon schedules. This might involve coordinating with warehouses, carriers, and customs to avoid delaysMaintaining accurate and consistent records is crucial. This includes order details, inventory levels, shipping documentation, and performance metricsAdept at addressing errors and discrepancies they investigate issues, find solutions, and implement corrective actions to keep clients satisfiedEnsuring there are enough supplies and products on hand to meet customer demand.
