Position Overview:The Logistics Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the logistics function.

While prior logistics experience is not essential, it is beneficial.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure seamless movement of goods.Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries to customers.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all logistics activities.Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to resolve any logistical challenges.Support the logistics team with general administrative tasks.Qualifications and Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Prior logistics experience (advantageous but not required).
Location: Paarl, office based.Salary: Market related and negotiable for the right candidate, depending on experience.Position Type: Full time, permanent.
