My client is looking for a brand-new Logistics and Administrative Coordinator to join their team. Will this be you? (Please read the duties thoroughly before applying) Do you have: At least 2 years of working experience in the same position?Matric?Tertiary qualification in this industry?Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities?Excellent communication skills? (telephonically, written and in-person)Excellent ability to pay attention to detail?Precision and accuracy when completing your work?Team working spirit as well as the ability to work on your own?Responsibilities Order Prepping, Booking, and InvoicingPrepping and sending out orders with third partyAssisting with claimsChecking and comparing logistics and warehouse billingAdmin tasks as assignedTracking, tracing, and following up on deliveries/PODs on a daily/weekly basis for all customersAssisting with delivery queriesProviding feedback and swift responses to emailsEnsuring logistics reports are accurateCollecting required paperwork and information for processingLiaising with suppliers as requiredWorking on special projects as a key member of both planning and execution teamsEnsuring collections are made and delivered on time in line with SOPAdministering general filing and electronic filingAssisting other sections within supply as neededThe position is based in DONKERHOEK, Pretoria. This is in the East of Pretoria close to Mamelodi. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be communicated with.
