Requirements:Experience in the service industry especially in dealing with guests and staffPrevious camp or lodge management experiencePrevious experience in working with children is an advantageAt least 3 years relevant experience in a 5-star lodge operationSome form of managerial trainingValid unendorsed SA drivers license essential Duties:Meet and Greet all GuestsCover all daily and weekly requirements of the Lodge Manager when on leaveHost agents, media and groupsWeekly planningsEnsure that minimum standards are adhered to in all departmentsDepartmental and finance meetingsPositive HealthStaff WelfareTrainingStocktakeComplete performance reviews for staffAttend Health and Safety meetingsBudget linesPromote teamwork between departments This is a permanent live-in position.Transport to/from leave cycles is the successful candidates own responsibility
