Are you passionate about delivering a world-class safari experience? Join us as a Lodge Manager, where your strong managerial and organizational skills will shine in overseeing a small, exclusive luxury lodge set in the heart of nature.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the general operations of the lodge, ensuring seamless service both front and back of house.
Utilize your strong food and beverage management skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
Foster exceptional guest relations, creating memorable experiences.
Handle general administration and organize training for lodge staff.
Maintain five-star standards for housekeeping and maintenance, ensuring every detail is perfect.

Requirements:

Lodge manager certificate or relevant hospitality qualification/experience.
A valid driver's license and a first aid certificate.
Proficient computer skills with strong administrative and organizational abilities.
Service-oriented with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Proven leadership with a passion for working with guests and a knack for team management.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in lodge management at a luxury establishment.
