Lodge Manager | Free State

JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a 4* Lodge in the Free State to recruit a guest-centric and experienced LODGE MANAGER.
Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in hotel management.
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or similar.
Strong understanding of hotel management best practices.
Good computer literacy (MS Office) and financial acumen.
Ability to maintain a high level of hospitality service in all departments including maintenance, gardens, and housekeeping.
Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Great decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Sound employment history and contactable references.
Valid driver's license.

Salary: R 25 000 – Live-in
