MUST HAVE HOUSEKEEPING EXPERIENCEResponsibilities:Guest Relations: Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about lodge amenities, activities, and local attractions.Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective communication.Operations Support: Collaborate with the lodge team to coordinate daily operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and dining services.Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing lodge events, ensuring all details are managed and guest expectations are met.Safety Protocols: Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.Feedback Collection: Gather guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall guest experience.Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse guests.Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage time effectively.Team Player: Strong collaborative skills; ability to work well within a team.Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
