Requirements

4 years' experience at a well recognised 5* star property, in a similar position.
High standard of service excellence and a passion for the industry.
Exceptional F&B knowledge and understanding of dietary restrictions and allergies.
Knowledge of international trends in hospitality.
Excellent communication skills in English - additional language advantageous.
Good financial acumen, administration abilities and computer literacy.
Understanding housekeeping and maintenance procedures.
Valid driving licence.
Stable employment history and contactable references.
