Proven leadership experience, including managing a finance team and working with senior executives or a Board of Directors. Experience in managing financial operations across multiple locations or in a global context. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Knowledge of local and global financial regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
