Main Purpose Of JobControl and manage transport administration processes and assist with order processing and IT activities.Key Tasks And ResponsibilitiesDebtor Management.Process and batch invoicing and Profit Journals.Process Credit Note applications to be sent to Central Accounts for processing.Photocopying and scanning of POD's for files.Dispatch Invoices and POD's to clients.Creditor ManagementForward original Creditor Invoices to Central Accounts for processing.Photocopying of Creditor Invoices and file allocation.Resolve Creditor invoice queries when required.Ability To Perform Ad-hoc Tasks Requested By ManagementPerform any other reasonable tasks that may be assigned to you at discretion of Ops Manager and MD transport.Execute daily IT activities where necessary.Supply daily schedules / ETAs to specified clients.Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when sharing information.Ensure that your own work area is always kept neat and tidy.Ensure adherence to the guidelines set out in your employment contract (timekeeping, telephone and internet usage, dress code, etc.)EducationGrade 12 required.Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management would be advantageous.ExperienceMinimum 2-3 years' experience working in the Transport / logistics industry.3 years administration experience.SkillsHigh level of computer literacy in MS Office Suite.Intermediate Excel.High level of numeracy.Excellent communication oral and verbal.Excellent interpersonal skills.Desired SkillsTransport AdministrationLogisticsPOD'sCreditor InvoicesDebtor ManagementInvoicingProfit JournalsDesired Qualification LevelGrade 12 / Matric
